Just real quick here...
Please abstain from ephedra(ine) at or around the same time of day as well as caffeine in excess of 200m per day.
Take the full 8 cap dose of Lightning about 30-40 minutes before working out with 12 ounces of water. Go ahead and take the full dose on off days as well, preferably at the same time of day.
Please be sure and try to cover everything we asked for (and you agreed to ;) ) in the initial request for testers post.
