Hey,

I am quite new to this web page, about 2 weeks but have found lots of good info on it.
I am looking for a bench press with a leg extension on it and would like a good one but want the leg extension to beable to take standard plates. I am located in Toronto, Canada and its hard finding stores which carry a bench which inclines and declines and has a leg extension on it which does not break if you put more than 50 lbs on it and not so shaky. I found this bench http://www.bodytrends.com/tuffwide.htm and would like your opinion on it. And, if anyone is in the Toronto Canada are and knows a good store where a incline, decline bench can be bought, please let me know. Whould anyone here that has a good bench let me know what its called if they really like it. And, How important is it for it to be able to incline and decline? Is it something that I should get if i can afford it?
Thanks.
Michael

That looks like a decent bench, but considering the price, have you considered buying a power rack and an adjustable bench instead?

Here are examples of both:

You can get into a decent power rack for ~$250 (US$) and an adjustable incline/decline/flat bench for about $150 (you can get much cheaper benches, but they will be much less solid) which nestles inside the power rack, and that includes shipping.

Example power rack, ~$250:

Example adjustable bench, ~$150:

Leg extension/curl attachment for bench:, ~$45:

You'll find you can do a lot more with those 3 items that you will with that bench. Now, that place is in the USA (and the prices are all in US dollars), but you'll be likely to find similar deals up north of the border.
