OMG! You are gonna love this! This just popped into my head. All my fav ingredients for Keto are in this one dish! YUM!
CREAMY COCONUT GARLIC SHRIMP
1 bag of frozen shrimp/de-veined,detailed and thawed! (big shrimp, not tiny)
1 heaping TBSP of Coconut oil
__________________________________________
Once shrimp is thawed, place coconut oil in pan. Melt. Once melted place the shrimp on Med-low heat and toss in the coconut oil. Dont over cook! You dont want chewy shrimp!
Once heated, set on VERY low and put aside.

COCONUT GARLIC SAUCE
2 tablespoons mayo(hellmans or dukes)
1/4 tsp chili oil,paste or red pepper (optional:this is only to add a spicy flavor)
**1/4 or smaller tsp of coconut flavoring. (optional)
**1-1/5 tsp of garlic powder (more or less depending on your taste for garlic)
*Whipping cream
__________________________________________________ ________
In a bowl mix mayo and chili paste/oil/pepper together till smooth.
Slowly add whipping cream 2 tablespoons at a time till you reach a smooth texture of a dressing. Add garlic. And if you want, coconut flavoring.
Toss Shrimp in bowl with sauce. Place in microwave for 8-10 seconds till warm. Dont OVERHEAT or oil can surface to top. Toss on a plate! Sauce will thicken once it's cooled!
