Looking for a good bulking diet. i have always had trouble putting on weight because of genetics. my whole family is tall and thin. how many calories and grams of protein per day should i have for good clean bulk? Post your diets please. im a really hard gainer.

eat around 3200-3500 calories a day
1280-1400 cals protein
1280-1400 cals carbs
640-700 cals fats
at 6'-0" 160, you probably don't have much fat. So I would say just eat a ton of homecooked clean food

6' 160lbs? EAT and eat often try to keep it as clean as you can, lift hard and you'll bulk.

i eat 5 to 6 times a day and at least 3 protein shakes...i just have a bad diet bc im from a southern state so it makes fat and i burn that off when i lift so my weight fluctuates

I'd just do the best I could to get prob 3100-3300 calories a day and about 200g of protein just to keep it all simple.

thanks...the 160 is also accounting for when i got my wisdom teeth out and i loss weight i couldnt afford to lose
