Hey man I hit the Goodlife at Queensview almost daily. Trying to train to compete in the upcoming year. Its good to meet some people on this site that go to the same place. What time do you go?

I really, REALLY need to find someone to workout with/talk bbing with. All my friends are lazy or not interested in physical health, let alone bodybuilding.

Hey, I workout at Carleton as much as possible, also lookin for someone to gym with as most of my friends go to different gyms and could really use a spot.

yup i did 2010, not i went back to 287 now back down to 264 lbs i need to re-work what i did.. silly me.
