Hai guise :D
Here's a link to my training log (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=6307181) . I've been cutting since Dec-30 and it's just the beginning !! I plan on being at 132 lbs for the end of May and the last pounds are gonna be hard to lose.
I've been around 150 lbs or so for the past year and I like that weight a lot :cool: Anyway, I managed to lose 9 lbs in 2.5 weeks so far and then my weight bounced back to a comfy 143 lbs :) I hope that a keto diet will help me break my plateau and keep losing weight without adding too much cardio.
I'll paste my workouts here also so you can all follow.

I never had a huge appetite on my previous keto experiences so here's the plan :
- Meal 1 -
4 slices bacon
1oz cheddar cheese
1c spinach
2 caps salmon oil
- Meal 2 -
8 chicken wings
1c spinach
- Meal 3 -
5oz chicken breast
2c romaine
2tbsp caesar dressing
- Meal 4 -
5oz lean gorund beef
2c romaine
1tbsp EVOO
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 caps salmon oil
Macros
1560 cals
129g protein (34%)
9g carbs (2%)
109g fat (63%)
I think the protein are a bit low right now, I've always been around 170g/day because it really helps with my recovery. I'll check how things go and if I feel like I need more, well I'll just add some more ! Oh, and my PWO shake usually consists of 1.5 scoop of WPI, that's all.
Supplements are VasoCharge, Xtend, salmon oils and a multi.

It's more an AD refeed, low in protein, high carbs, moderate in fats. Usually works well for me.

I'll update soon, I had some problem with my headaches and I consulted my neuro and he said to get on carbs for 1-2 days and see what happens.
WIll be back, keto runs in my blood :p
