Hey everyone,
I thought I'd start a keto log.
I actually started this past tues (the 22nd) and got into Ketosis 2 days later, unfortunately I also caught the flu. Starting out in ketosis and getting the flu is not a fun combo, especially since I couldn't stomach the keto foods so I let myself get kicked out until I recovered.
My fever has passed now and all I have is a stuffy nose, so I think I'm going to restart again tomorrow.
I'll post my start measurements/weight and goals. Just wanted to kickstart my thread. I have a shortterm goal for the next 11 weeks of losing about 20lbs and a long term goal of losing 30lbs overall. But I will get some official numbers tomorrow.
