Today, Saturday Jan 26, 2008 is the first post of this log.
I started Keto two weeks ago, and i have lost around 12lbs and seems to be fat because i have not gained any weight even after my first carb up yesterday night.
Today I have had:
12:00PM - 2egg yolks, 3 egg whites. 1 PB Tbs. - 3grams
3:00PM - Salmon, Steak, 1 slice of bacon w/cheese and broccoli.- 3grams
5:00PM - Fiber shake. - 10 grams (fiber so its not quite 10)
6:30PM - 1Sugar free Jello. 1 PB Tbs. - 2.5grams

Last night was BAD.
I went on a long trip and on the way back we decided to go to McDonald's.
I ordered a double quarter pounder and a coffee. I was going to throw the bread out but the lady put fries in my order.
I had had a SMALL carb up the night before so i decided id just go ahead and eat it, I DID.
I came home and saw this delicious bread so I was like "since im already 'carbing up' ill go ahead and have it"
I'm back into my regular diet now, I dont really feel that bad about it because it could of well been my carb up. but I'm set back to keto and since im seeing not much weight loss anymore (the second week in it, the first week was fine) im going to drop calories by about 400.

Today, Monday Jan 28, 2008 I missed school. Oh well. Im feeling pretty good and I think I might be back into Keto do to **** tasting mouth this morning but the taste was not that strong so i dont know.

Today at school, everything was good, I didnt go hungry much or anything. I think those jello's are holding up about right.
Weight Lifting at school was good too, tiring!

Wed, Jan 30,2008.
Today was nice. This morning I woke up with mouth tasting like ****. I ran 1.5 miles during weight lifting class (copper mile) i ran at a 7:40/mile paste.
Im eating right now, something VERY fatning and kind of high in carbs =/. but oh well, i think the copper mile made up for it =].
