This is my training log overview.

contents :

An overview of the lifting order (sq/be/dl or dl/be/sq) + percentages
An overview per lift, with heaviest weight lifted that day, reps+sets + percentages

lol, plateau is like "Off matts" in Westside language :D

we use part of a box then stand on it :D

i have updated my log.

i have now added a line (------) to seperate each weak.

you can now see how many week i'm on this training strategy. my progress is also more clear now.

post a coppy of it on here.. it'd be much easier to access if you posted your daily training on this forum..

major changes !

* removed the percentages in the training overview
* added specific exercises
* total volume update : exact number of reps given
* total tonnage added
* Average Weight Per Rep (AWPR) added
* created AWPR chart (found in separate folder)
