I am new and I am about 20% body fat or so. Not really sure. I need help figuring out a good diet, and supplements. Right now I take hydrozycut. And a workout plan. I know that there is valuable info on thesite, but I don't have time at work to read it. So any info would be appreciated

How many meals are you currently eating and what do they consist of?

Well, I just started eating more 'cause other people said that I wasn't eating enough. So for example I eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Then an Ensure light drink (with is like a meal replacement thing), then some type of turkey or chicken sandwich or chicken breast. I also have a protein shake after that. And for dinner I have been having chicken or something. I really need more of a plan

Ok, you're off to a good start, but let me list some bodybuilding rules:
Always eat carbs and protein together; add some eggs to your oatmeal.

Check your labels on your canned items. (what is the macronutrient ratio and sugar content) This can make or break you.

Be cautious of your condiments and choose whole wheat bread rather than white.

Plan your meals; eat every 3 hours, each meal consisting of a protein and a carb for a postitive nitrogen balance.

Drink water between meals.

These are just a few that come to mind at the moment. I think devising a plan and sticking to it would be best right now. ;)

I wish that I could find a eating plan posted somewhere saying at this time eat this, ANd that goes through a whole day. It's hard for me to pick what to eat when I am not really sure what is good or not. Any ideas.
