Hey guys how are you. As you can see I'm new so a little help is needed. If you don't have time to read all of this now please come back when you do. I would really appreciate it. Recently I found this workout program that can help you gain ten pounds in one month. The workout can be found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/glen15.htm#w1

However I have a few questions.

1) I'm not sure I understand the whole concept of the tempo especially how its laid out here. For example it says "Tempo: first set 10X, sets 2-4 312, sets 5 444". Could anyone possibly help me out so as to make sure I'm not understanding this wrong? Would the first set be all ten seconds, and 2-4 3 sec lift, one rest, and 2 return?

2)I noticed how there is a lot of loading on creatine. Is this a safe amount to take as shown in the article?

3)What would be an example of a 3% carbohydrate solution?

4)Would it be good to also use one of the No xplode products while doing this even though I would already be getting creatine by the other products in the program?

5)Do you guys recommend this program?

I'm 5'9 1/2 155lbs, and 18 going on 19 years old. Thanks for the help.

The program seems a little to complicated for my likens. I recomend building a bodybuilding foundation by Derek "Beast" Charlebios(I can't spell his last name).
Creatine is not nessasary to cycle load w/e. Just take 3 to 5 grams(1 teaspoon) pre and post. and in the morning on off days
Don't take no xplode(not neccesary and too much money)
Diet-Look at the nutrition section and go to pre and post workout nutrition(its on the top of threads)
Protein- 1 to 1.5 times body weight
Carbs- 2 to 3 times bodyweight
Fat- .5 to .7 times bodyweight

i agree with the advice from BBanonymous re supps and protein

also, the program claims "gain 10 lbs in 30 days"
you can gain 2-4 lbs of muscle fibers and another 2-4 lbs of intracellular fluid, etc, but any more than that is likely to be fat. Also, what you gain has as much to do with your diet as your routine.

i suggest rippetoe's starting strength or the madcow 5x5 for building lots of strength and mass. you can bodybuild later when you've added significant muscle and mastered the big lifts.
