Anyone interested, let me know. It could be fun, challenging, rewarding and definetly see results.

Who's interested in building a better body?

Ha, I just replied to this in the other thread, but this might be the more appropriate place. What exaclty would the terms of this challenge be? I think that I am in need of a challenge to get my motivation back up, so I could definitely be up for this.

I just finished one Dec 30th. It would be a 12 week challenge with a free day once per week. Have you ever heard of the Body for Life program? Bill Phillips?
Totally awesome challenge.

Eat 6 small meals daily, consisting of lean protein, carb and fat. I use the palm of my hand and fist for measuring size. I have 3 actual meals and the other 3 are usually protein shakes. Doesn't have to be, but that works for me on the go.

W/O is one day lower body, next day cardio, upper body and so on with your one free day. It really works. I lost 15.6 - 16 lbs and 16 inches total overall.

Let me know what you think.

Wow on the overall loss from your last challenge! I've heard of Body for Life from a few people, but don't really know that much in-depth information about it. The challenge itself sounds really good though, definitely like something I could go for and give my all too. So yeah, if you want to do it, count me in for sure!

Keira, You really should purchase the book. You can go online, it gives lots of meal egs. what to eat etc. Also the exercises. I will put up a before pic of me, back in Oct when I first started.

Let's see how many more people we can get to join. Again, it will be when I am back from my trip Feb. 4th

So get ready girl!!!!

I've been on the website, but will definitely try to make it into the city before you get back to find the book in a bookstore (we don't have one in my town, lol, sad I know!) I will be ready and waiting!

This is exactly what I'm already doing... I didn't know where I got it from though haha. I have a hard time with the 6 meals a day though, I think I will do what your doing with the shakes. I only have one a day right now... but that needs to change. I've been doing this body for life program since new years... and so far I've noticed my legs getting MUCH stronger (I'm not trying to lose weight).

I'm up for it. I did the Sept. challenge, but didn't lose weight, but some inches and I'm looking more toned. I 'm committed to another challenge!

As I said in the other thread, I am always up for one!! I actually started a "formal challenge" with my husband on Sunday... I've never done one before and the free day thing is too much for me... I do a free meal instead...

The website is just bodyforlife.com it has the training and cardio guides and also tells you about the nutrition side of it. Hope this helps.

I'm in too!!! I just saw your post. I think we should start a thread in the Journal section where everyone can post their nutrition/workouts/questions/problems for the day on there...that way we can all support each other and help each other! This is awesome!!! I needed some motivational help LOL!
