tuna and a protein shake enough for breakfast...just plain tuna straight out of the can..no mayo

carbs bro.. rolled oats, 12 grain bread, WW bread, maybe a bowl of rice crispies for a little change.

No good. You need carbs... lots of them. Oats are a good choice. Rice Krispies = no-no though... simple starches.
