Got another comp in 2 weeks. Lookin for sum ideas for a crash diet to lose an extra percent or two to get ripped and am willing to lose a little mass. Any ideas, or advice?

If you weigh between 165-180, this diet will work extremely well. If you weigh more or less, do the math to readjust the calories. After following this diet, do whatever you would normally do to peak for the show.
Day 1 - 100g Protein, 330g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 2 - 140g Protein, 290g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 3 - 170g Protein, 250g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 4 - 200g Protein, 210g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 5 - 240g Protein, 170g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 6 - 270g Protein, 130g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 7 - 300g Protein, 90g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 8 - 300g Protein, 20-60g Carbs, 60g Fat
Day 9 - 300g Protein, 20-60g Carbs, 60g Fat
By the way, you won't even lose much muscle following this diet.
