ok i am having a problem with turning the keto sticks purple (ive tried many sticks from different batches plus none of them are expired so i know its not the sticks that are the problem) although i have rancid smelling urine and a horrendous taste in my mouth...i tried this diet once before and didnt have the problem that im currently haveing...ill give you guys what my typicall days meals look like and tell me what you think...btw i have been trying to get into ketosis for about 2 1/2 weeks and only 2 days (which were not consecutive days) i tested almost fully into ketosis like dark red but not purple and the next morning when i checked to see how i was doing i was completely out of ketosis lol im loosing my mind here pleeze help...oh and one last thing i am unable due to work constraints to get in 6-7 meals so im doing my best at trying to get in 4-5 meals

first sample day
meal 1: 40 grams dymatize elite whey with 14 grams of fat from flax oil and 2 tbspn nat skippy PB

meal 2: 6 whole eggs and about 15 almonds

meal 3: 40 grams dymatize elite whey with 2 tbspn nat skippy PB

(throughout the day i have one diet pepsi about a pack of dentyne sugar free gum and one sugar free redbull and a few servings of XTEND)

meal 4: 6 whole eggs and about 1 & 1/2 oz mixed nuts

second sample day
meal 1: 40 grams dymatize elite whey with 14 grams of fat from flax oil and 2 tbspn nat skippy PB

meal 2: 3 grilled chicken breasts with approx 30 grams of fat from mayo and a few pickles

meal 3: 40 grams dymatize elite whey with 2 tbspn nat skippy PB

(throughout the day i have one diet pepsi about a pack of dentyne sugar free gum and one sugar free redbull and a few servings of XTEND)

meal 4: steamed chicken and broccoli with soy sauce & hot mustard and egg drop soup

Post your total macros, I don't even know what some of that stuff is.

Dymatize?

Also, don't worry too much about the sticks. They are hit or miss with some people. I'm not even going to both looking at them. Go by how you feel and the mirror.

can you get by on this diet with 100g of fat and 150g of protien or do you always have to have more fat than protien

total calorie intake....fat must EXCEED protein

what do you mean by total calorie intake...do you mean that i for a 160lb guy on a cut i have to eat 2000 calories?

and im guessin that most of those calories are to be from fat...ive been eating blocks of chedder cheese from cracker barrel to push me into keto
