i haven't done a log before so this will be my first one. i lost the majority of my fat crash-dieting eating eggs, chicken breasts and raw carrots every day. after that i found bb.com and learned about proper nutrition. i lost even more weight last summer doing a 40/40/20, which by the end of it i was skinny as hell (~150lbs) with little to no muscle.
then i bulked for a little while, got to where i felt fat, then did keto for a while and then started i guess around december i started slacking off with lifting and dieting. i literally CAN NOT eat chicken breasts or ground beef anymore. it's almost to the point where i have formed a gag reflex for it. so now i'm going to stick with eggs, bacon, sausage, sirloin patties, flounder and other types of fishies, cheese, broccoli, and almonds.
i'm making this so that i can come here every night before i go to bed and post that i made it through the day without cheating.
they also finally re-opened the pool at my college, so i will be doing that for cardio instead of the treadmill which i absolutely despise. i'm going to get my abs this time. i can't fail. i won't fail.
the pic in my avatar is pretty recent...maybe a couple weeks old, it was right after a grueling shoulder/back/bi workout. i will post pics periodically in here to track my progress...i'm also gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning after i drop a bit of water. the last carbs i ingested were last night, a bowl of cheerios with a scoop of whey in it. today i've done keto with a cheese omelet for breakfast, a bowl of broccoli and cheese earlier, and i'm about to have a nice piece of steak before i leave for work. oh ****...which i need to leave, lol.

finished yesterday at 70/5/25...vary naice. today when i get out of class i'm going to sam's to buy some meat and fish. tonight i'm going to an internet business convention which will have a free dinner. think i'm just gonna eat before i go.

my piss reeks today so i'm already in keto. i love how i can enter it so quickly...i know it takes most people a few days but i can go low carb for 1 day and already be in it. i think it might be because i low carbed it for so long when i was crash dieting.

didn't eat anything at that seminar last night. i started putting sliced colby jack cheese on these patties i've been buying and it tastes too good. today when i get out of class i'm doing chest & tri's, with a little cardio afterwards.
the pool at my school is open for only a couple hours a day, and depending on the day it's either while i'm in class or a few hours afterwards. so ixnay on that...guess i'm sticking with the treadmill. i think when it warms up a little more i'm gonna go check out this trail that's near my house. at least i think it's a trail, i'm not even sure. just for a little variety.

well, i got called into work yesterday as soon as i got out of class so i didn't get to work out. but i didn't break my diet, so no problems there. i'm about to make an omelet and a piece of sausage then workout. chest/tri's/abs then some cardio.
i don't have work or school today, and it's also cold and rainy outside so it's a good day to sit inside and veg out. i'm not going to drink any alcohol tonight unless i end up going out, which how the weather is, i probably won't.

had a great lifting session with some boxing and jogging afterwards, i feel great. now i'm about to shave, hop in teh shower, and go pick up my paycheck...this log is really helping to keep me in check. it's so much easier to stick with your goals if you write (or type) them out.

man...i am really sore. i also somehow pulled my right lat yesterday while lifting. so i will be taking a few days off the weights until it heals up.
anyway, i'm about to brush my teefs and do some cardio. i'm thinking about doing a small carb-up tonight to aid in the healing process, but i'm not sure if that's how it works.

i ended up drinking last night and pigging out before i hit the sack...just like every other time i drink. i'm just gonna have to cut it out completely, i can't control myself on it. i probably reversed all progress i made the last few days, but lesson learned i guess.

alright...been rolling on the keto train for 2 days now. i didn't exercise at all yesterday, but i stuck with the diet. tonight when i got off work i did 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. so...woohoo.

had a good day...brought a bag of almonds to class today so i could eat some before i got out of class so i didn't have to come home and wait for food to digest or run on an empty stomach. i think i'm gonna start doing that. i just wish i had time to lift between class and work. i get out of class at 12:20, get home around 12:45, and have to be at work at 2:30. that's just not enough time to eat a good pre-WO meal, workout, PWO shake, then wait an hour to eat again. no fridge or microwave at work, otherwise i'd bring some stuff. i could always eat cold chicken but i can't possibly handle the task of choking down some nasty ass chicken. **** chicken. i get home from work at 8ish, so if i wanted to lift i really wouldn't be done until late. and i'd never fall asleep.
****, this semester is not good for lifting. i'm just gonna have to try and keep lifting to friday's (no class) and saturday and sunday. which would work i guess. plus that would keep me from drinking on the weekends!

well...my back still feels kind of messed up but i don't have work or school today so i'm going to lift and see what happens. i should probably stick with light weight. gonna do some cardio after that. i broke my diet a little bit last night but the meal wasn't really that bad. sausage, kidney beans, ham hawks, and rice. it was delicious and completely worth it.

alright...had an excellent lifting session and my back pain has dissipated. i guess i just had to work it out or something, but it feels better than it did before i worked out. just had my PWO shake and now i'm about to take an hour long stroll on the treadmill.

haven't updated this in a while. been going strong with the exception of last night. i ran out of propane and didn't feel like eating flounder, so i ordered a pizza and ate some chocolate covered raisins after that. it was nice.

woop woop...had time to lift today. my ethics class was cancelled so i came home and hit back/shoulder/bi's. i have had a bottle of endorush sitting in my fridge for a while so i finally tried it today, and man - that **** is awesome. i just didn't want to stop and i think i may have over-trained a little bit, lol. but it's been a while since i've been able to lift so i think it's ok. i tried to do a bit of cardio afterwards but my right calf cramped up after about 2 minutes, so i stopped. will do some hardcore cardio tomorrow though.
**** it feels so nice to exercise...

warmed up with a 5 minute jog at 6mph, stretched, then walked at 3.5mph for 45 minutes, upping the incline every 10 minutes. then for the last 3 minutes i bumped it up a notch every minute.
now i'm eating a cheeseburger..

had the munchies bad last night and got a bit carried away with the almonds while watching lost...it's all good though. just ate an omelet and am gonna do chest/tri's/abs in about 45 minutes. gonna down some endorush before i do...that stuff is awesome. i am still extremely sore from my workout the other day...that's the only thing i don't like about keto. always sore.

i've noticed that as well. Recover time seems to be much longer. It seems that I'm sore for a good 3-4 days after a workout, vs. very little soreness previously.
Perhaps it'll get better as we get more fat adapted.

i'm about to start taking beta alanine and see if it makes any difference. the soreness kind of makes me shy away from working legs because it makes cardio pure hell. but with my new cardio routine (the uphill powerwalking), they seem to actually be getting a little bigger...or maybe it's just in my mind.

went ape**** on the almonds again last night...lol, i either gotta quit doing that or just stop buying almonds. don't really feel too bad about it though, i figure i was probably at around 3,000 cals yesterday. i'm about to write a rough draft of a paper that's due soon, then i'm gonna hit the weights. the first time i took my endorush it made a beast out of me. the second time i drank a 1/3 of the bottle instead of a 1/4 like i did the first time and while i felt something, it didn't feel anything like the first time. so i have like ~30ish % of the bottle left and i will use that today. gonna see how it makes me feel. when i get paid in a few days i'm going to be buying a few new supps so we'll see if i buy any more.
quitting smoking is going great. i only smoked maybe 2-4 a day and to be honest i don't feel any sort of withdrawals at all. the only time it's bad is after i toke up which is when i would always have one anyway. my dad on the other hand, is practically losing his mind. i'm doing everything i can to support him though, it's gonna be really hard for him.
duuuude i am dreading writing this paper...i think i might unplug my internet until i get it finished.

didn't hit the weights today since that paper took a little longer than expected to complete...but i did an awesome job on it so i think that's more important than working out. i went ahead and finished my HW that i was gonna do tomorrow evening so when i get off work i can hit the weights with a vengeance.

well i drank the other 1/3 of that bottle of endorush before my workout and man...that was even better than the first time i tried it. i was in the ****ing zone! did back, bi's, and a light leg routine. my back is sore as hell and i feel great. eating my PWO meal right now, a 3 egg cheesy omelet. my parents took a trip to the butcher shop today and came back with about $100 worth of steak. i've got a bigass sirloin marinating right now...gonna grill it tomorrow night when i get off work. i might not do cardio tomorrow and study instead, since i have 2 exams on wednesday.
oh and i have officially been in keto for a whole week today. i've been doing keto for a while but with a lack in dedication. i think this is the longest i've actually been in keto, and i think i'm finally starting to understand what it feels like to be fat adapted.

didn't exercise today but i stuck with my diet. when i got out of class i studied and grilled some beef patties. just got off work and am gonna study for a while. i had a real ****ty day today, emotion-wise. my co-workers knew something was up but after i talked to my best friend on the phone i was ok. every once in awhile depression gets the best of me but keto really helps my moods...i don't know how or if it's all just in my head.

syntrax nectar (apple) - no carbs, no fat, 23g's protein and a ****load of bcaa's...seems too good to be true, so i'm gonna try it.

xtend watermelon flavor - i have yet to try this and everyone seems to be in love with, so i have to try it.
i got a free t-shirt since my order was so much. :)
no cardio or lifting today - i'm still sore pretty much every square inch of my body so i'm taking it easy, i have to revise and type up a final draft for a paper due tomorrow anyway and have some other homework. then i have to work today too but when i get off i'm eating a big steak and watching 3:10 to Yuma. :)

alright...gotta go to work in an hour but i only have to be there for about an hour and a half, so i'm gonna come home and hit the weights. my shoulder still feels a bit funny so i'm gonna have to be careful with that. it's chest/tri's/abs today. might throw in a little bit of cardio later on in the day. i have made some decent progress within these 2 weeks...but it just reminds me how bad i need to bulk up. :p
i got my bb.com order in the mail yesterday. the watermelon xtend is so good...i'm looking forward to sipping that during my workout.

had a great workout. i took some of the beta alanine this morning and soon after i took it my entire body, mainly in my hands and forearms, was tingling...it was kind of uncomfortable to be honest, but the tingling is supposed to subside after a couple weeks so i'll continue to use it. my dad is grilling bacon wrapped steaks later so i'm looking forward to that.
it's cloudy and probably gonna rain soon, perfect weather to sit inside all day and play videogames.. :D

beta alanine tingling is getting more and more manageable, it's weird. i took my second dose yesterday and the tingling hit me for a few minutes about a half hour after i took it then went away. then i ate some cheese and drank a protein shake and it came back...i'm curious as to how it works.
well i ate an omelet for breakfast and just drank some endorush..i'm about to hit back/bi's/shoulders/legs for my depletion workout. i'm gonna go ahead and carb up today at 13 days. i was actually doing keto for a few days before i started the official 2 week count, i only didn't count those days because of a drunken pretzel binge so i'm probably fine. i'm sore to the bone all over and i honestly don't think i'm gonna have time to manage a carb-up tomorrow, and i sure as hell ain't gonna be sore all next week waiting for saturday.
i didn't eat my fruit like i'm supposed to, i was thinking about eating 2 bananas right now but i'm not going to since i have all that fat still sitting in my tummy. today i'm gonna eat brown rice, WW bread, chicken, flounder, and maybe some banana sandwiches. i'm not gonna smoke any weed today so i can avoid the munchies and not cheat. this is gonna be a clean carb-up, no ****ing around.
i tipped the scales at a staggering 182 (lol) like 2 days ago, so i'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning and see how much water i gain. ahhh...the beta alanine has started tingling, must be time to go do squats!

excellent workout...got my rice cooked and i'm about to throw some chicken in the oven. gonna have my PWO meal in about 30 minutes, will be flounder and rice.
i did 50g's of malto with 23g's of protein for my pwo shake. so...now all i have to do today is keep fat low, and get about 3,300 cals of carb and protein. my normal cutting intake is 2,800 cals on keto and i know you're supposed to eat over maintenance so i guess that's about right...or maybe it should be like 3,500? if anyone actually reads this, some input would be appreciated.
on second thought...i am pretty sure i will be fine eating 2800-3k.

well, i have reawakened my love for oatmeal. oats + SF maple syrup + stevia = delicious. for this meal i'm eating a bowl of oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey, instead of eating a piece of chicken or flounder...hope this isn't a bad idea, i can't think of anything wrong with it.

the majority of the fat is from my omelet prior to the depletion workout, so i think i did well. but if protein and carbs are both 4cals per gram then why was i able to consume 25 more carb grams and still end up with the same amount of cals? strange. about half of my protein intake came from whey.
back on the fat train tomorrow...might do some cardio before work tomorrow, depends on how sore my legs are because i absolutely demolished them today.

as expected, my legs are very sore so i won't be doing any cardio today. i weighed myself this morning and i only gained 4lbs during my carb-up. i expected to gain way more but i guess everyone's different.

dislikes...being sore all the time, squats make cardio pure hell - and not being able to drink beer. i do take the odd shot of liquor here and there though.
likes...the food. i could eat eggs and mayo for the rest of my life
i've lost some body fat - i took some pics on feb 8th and will take more on march 8th and post them in here.

haven't exercised any since my carb-up...i'm going to lift tomorrow night and might do some cardio before i head into work - my legs are still sore as **** but i think it will be manageable by tomorrow. i don't know if it's re-entering ketosis or what, but i've been depressed as **** all day. i was thinking about coming home and getting hammered but i think i will just play xbox instead.

i only work 2 hours later - 5:30-7:30 - and then the same tomorrow with no class. so tomorrow morning i am going to lift and today i will do some cardio. i'm not really sore at all and i tore it up last night...so i think the xtend, beta-alanine, and extra amino acids from the nectar is really helping. it's nice.
an old friend of mine just called and invited me to eat lunch with him at a sort of down-home country food restaurant. i'm going to try and eat as keto-friendly as possible but i can't allow a diet to control my life.
well it was cool...i didn't eat any carbs really. i had the chef's omelet which consisted of mushrooms, different types of cheese, tomatoes, onions, bacon, and green peppers. it was delicious. then i just ate another omelet...lol i'm addicted to eggs.

gonna hit the weights in a little bit. i also got some free samples of Jet Fuel so i will be taking 1 of those about 20 minutes before i lift. 3 pills come in a sample pack but i'm only gonna take 1 and see what it does. endorush stopped working for me completely, so i'm not gonna use it any more.

I shaved my stomach and noticed that my "tire" it rounded out, it no longer sticks out in one spot more than others, my midsection is getting slimmer.
Or... the hair provided the illusion of extra size... Either way, KETO is AWESOME and you're doin' a great job

I can't see my abs yet but I've always noticed that at the bottom of my abdomen I can see that my right side seems to stick out a just a little but more than my left.
Also, I laid on the floor and did a stomach vacuum just for the hell of it and noticed that my belly-button really moved in quite a bit, maybe this is a sign of slimming down? Sure as hellp hope so.
Either way, doin' great. I'll be hear to read up on your progress so don't let me down!

did 45 minutes of cardio...i don't know what i did last night but my lower back has been ****ed up all day. tomorrow is back so it needs to straighten out...i don't wanna miss a day. but if i have to it's fine...i have a paper due on thursday. or a rough draft at least.
well it's 9:30 and i'm about halfway done with this stupid ass paper...so no workie outie today. but tomorrow i only have to work 2 hours and it's later on in the evening...so i'm hitting the weights with a vengeance! i can't wait.

did 45 minutes of cardio...i don't know what i did last night but my lower back has been ****ed up all day. tomorrow is back so it needs to straighten out...i don't wanna miss a day. but if i have to it's fine...i have a paper due on thursday. or a rough draft at least.
well it's 9:30 and i'm about halfway done with this stupid ass paper...so no workie outie today. but tomorrow i only have to work 2 hours and it's later on in the evening...so i'm hitting the weights with a vengeance! i can't wait.
Great update. Tell us how it goes at the gym!

no gym for me...i work out in my garage. no one but me, death metal, and the weights. i love it. while i'm lifting weights is actually the happiest part of my day. i've got dumbbells up to 60lbs (gonna buy the 65's/70's soon, but they're so expensive), a squat rack with dip and pull-up attachments, a bench, and a punching bag. and a rubber mat to do ab exercises on. i inherited some of it but the power rack, punching bag, mat, and a lot of the weights i've purchased myself. some people restore cars bit by bit, some people collect stamps...i am creating a gymnasium, lol.
after saying all that though i'm skipping the weights today and instead am gonna take a jog outside. it's a beautiful day and i've been meaning to check out this nature trail near my house, so that's where i'm headed after i do a bit of job-hunting. tomorrow i'm going to an investment seminar in the morning but after that my day is free for about 6 hours so i will definitely lift tomorrow.

holy **** that was the most intense cardio ever...when i stepped out of my car when i got home i could barely walk, lol. there's a huge field with a bit of a pond in the middle with a road that goes around it, that equals about a mile according to the odometer on my car. then there's the nature trail which goes in a figure 8 and i assume is somewhere between a quarter mile and a half a mile per lap. it's awesome though, it's either uphill or downhill and there are steps everywhere so it's a constant incline/decline. there are also some rather large steps, probably about a foot in height that you have to jump up. i was running through there like a ****ing madman, it was so much fun. after i ran around that trail for about 30 minutes i ran the mile around that field.
i told my best friend about it and am gonna send him some pics of it so i'll post some of them here too just for the hell of it. i'm sure that place is going to be swarming with mosquitos in a couple months since it's next to a river and is kinda marshy in the middle, but there aren't any out there right now and i plan the make the most of it before the mosquitos come back. **** the treadmill...i look forward to cardio now!

skipped the investment seminar...i probably should have gone, but i can learn everything from the internet anyways so **** it.
i woke up, ate an omelet along with some jet fuel, then did back/shoulders/bi's. jet fuel sucks. i took 1 the first time because i wasn't sure how strong it was, it didn't do anything. i took 3 this morning and it didn't do anything. i have 4 left, so i will take them next time for the hell of it and see if it does anything...but i don't have high hopes. i did have an awesome workout though. i did shoulder press with db's instead of using the barbell and it felt way better. i don't think i'll ever do it with barbell again.
meanwhile, my legs are suuuuuuuper sore from yesterday...my lower back and abs were sore this morning too, so running through that trail is a great workout. i think i'm going to start running through there as part of my depletion workout...seems like a good idea.

drank some jack and coke's last night...but when i got the munchies i ate a bunch of bacon and pork rinds w/ dip...so maybe not even 5 carbs, i did well. woke up, ate an omelet then went running through the trail for about 30 minutes then walked/jogged a mile around the park. my legs are destroyed. good times.

no workout today but instead i spent all morning at school writing a paper, then went to my final day at my now former job. good riddance.
got off and spent about an hour finishing the paper. i hope to make a 100 on it and i think i may. i got a 95 on the last paper and i never even had anyone else look over it. this time i had my professor and a tutor look over it, so it's practically perfect i think.
now i'm about to study for a rather large exam tomorrow...but since i no longer have a job (until i run out of money lol), i will have more free time. tomorrow when i get out of class i might go to lunch with a friend but afterwards i am destroying the weights. i can't wait. might even hit the trail for a few laps...my legs are getting used to the stress.

just had a killer chest/tri's/abs workout. i took my last 4 sample jet fuel's and like i thought, it didn't do ****. i think on my next bb.com order i'm just gonna buy some caffeine pills and give up on pre-workout supps.

Don't forget how many carbs are in the coke. If you do it again use coke zero. Prolly the closest to tasting like real coke you can get. I like cherry coke zero when i feel a craving for soda.
Also don't remember if it was posted earlier but check out fitday.com I love it. Makes keeping track sooooo much easier. Expecially at work.

just had a good back/shoulder's/bi's workout. this time i did some good morning's and superman's to help out with my lower back since i don't do deadlifts. it's pretty sore so i think i accomplished this.
i kind of want to do some cardio later but the bottom of my foot is ****ed up. not the heel, but the ball behind the big toe. it hurts to put pressure on it, like there's a pinched nerve in there or something. i noticed it goes away when i lift weights but soon after i starts hurting again. adrenaline maybe? i don't know, but cardio ****ing sucks right now. i might chop my foot off.
also worth noting which i haven't said anything about. i was cutting with 2,800 cals up until about a week and a half ago. i think this might have been too many cals because i did seem to lose some BF, but i see guys on here with way more muscle than me cutting at like 2,200-2,400 cals. last summer i did a 40/40/20 cut at 2,300 cals and lost a bunch of muscle. so i don't know what the deal is, but i've been taking in between 2,500 and 2,700 cals since then. weight loss definitely improved.
well, progress pics coming up the day after tomorrow. i'm gonna do a hardcore, full-body depletion workout then take the pics. then i'm gonna carb up after i take the pics, then take some more pics on the 9th to see what the carb-up makes me look like.

Haha, You should use your before-keto picture as your after-carbup picture.
That would scare some people out of their carbups.
But sounds like your journey isn't slowing down, I have 4 ingrown toenails right now, both sides of both big toes and I'm getting them cut out next friday most likely. Those 4 points of agony plus my pinky toenail(stubbed pretty brutally)have made my feet hurt pretty bad so I know exactly how you feel about cutting them off!
Good luck on the carb-up and depletion pictures.(make sure you keep the carbup clean!)

i'm not worried about losing muscle at all on keto...in fact i think i have gained a bit of muscle. i know i have gained some muscle in my legs for sure.
i'm kind of considering doing my depletion workout today. i don't really want to wait for tomorrow. only thing that's stopping me is how sore i am from yesterday, lol. those lower back exercises i started doing killed my lower back. my hamstrings are also extremely sore, which i think is being caused by the stiff-legged good mornings.
hmm, decisions decisions...if i don't do my depletion i will definitely be hitting up some cardio. seems like your foot issues aren't stopping you so mine shouldn't be stopping me.

well, i went ahead with the depletion workout and took some progress pics. made some noticeable progress, but i think if i hadn't had my cals at 2,800 for half the month it probably would have been better.
for this next month, i'm going to keep cals at 2,600 on days i do cardio or lift weights and 2,500 on days i don't work out. then on april 8th i'm gonna start bulking. still not sure if i'm going to do low-carb or not for the bulk though.
slowly but surely, i'm getting there...if anyone is reading this and having trouble with motivation or whatever, do yourself a favor and make a log. it really helps keep you on track. i would fall off the wagon every 3 or 4 days and get drunk, eat sugary crap or whatever before i made a log. this past month i only drank twice. i only fell of the wagon and drank beer/ate garbage once. the other time i drank i had some jack and diet coke's then when i got the munchies i ate a bunch of keto food.
so i'm gonna carb up today, then get back on it tomorrow and continue doing carb-ups every 2 weeks.
thanks for anyone who has replied thus far, it really helps to have people around to motivate you.

that's what i really want, is the six pack...my abs are starting to become more and more visible, especially after i have an ab workout. i can't wait to see what they look like in a month's time! i'm gonna have to try and control myself during spring break.

i weighed in this morning at 184.2. so i only gained around 2 lbs during my carb-up unless i don't weigh 182 any more. i haven't weighed myself in a while so that's the plan in 2 or 3 days after i drop some water. i kept my carb-up clean until right at the end. i ate 400cals worth of ice cream sandwiches then a big bowl of cheerios so i probably ended up at around 3,600 cals. but my protein was around 300g's so i hopefully i tacked on a bit of muscle.
meanwhile, my legs are destroyed.

well i ****ed off this weekend and didn't exercise, avoid alcohol, or eat keto. but that's ok.
i overslept and missed class this morning...oh well. i just got done lifting. i'm gonna shower then head out for a little while to look for a job. then if it isn't raining by the time i get back i'm going to try and cut the grass. i'm also gonna do some cardio later.

i was about to drink some proteinz and i noticed i had a muscle asylum project box in the bottom of my pantry from my old job. i have a few different supplement samples, including some arson. i took 3 and i guess i felt something for a little while, but it was gone by the time i finished my cardio.

well, i got my bb.com order in today. i got some orange xtend, more beta-alanine, and some caffeine pills. then i went to CVS and got some broncaid. so i'm gonna do the EC stack this month. might not even carb up at the 2 week mark.
dunno. yesterday while i was doing cardio my left hamstring was hurting like a bitch, and i think i may have been walking awkwardly to combat the pain and ended up pulling something else, LOL. i suck at working out, seriously. it's not life-threatening but it's enough to make me say **** some cardio today. tomorrow i'm gonna lift weights, do cardio, and possibly cut some grass. WOOOO!

Yes Ephedrine/caffeine I don't take the aspirine... its not needed.
A hit of EC Is 25mg ephedrine/ Caffeine 200mg heres how I took it...
4-week cycle. ~ Anything more than 6 weeks straight is not recommended...
Week 1
Take one ECA dosage per day. You should take it early in the morning before breakfast or cardio.
Week 2
Take twice a day. Once before breakfast, and once at around noon time. Instead of noon-time, you can take it 30 minutes before your workout, if your workout is before 6:30pm
Week 3
Take three times a day. Once before breakfast, once at around noon time, and once at around 4:00pm.
Week 4 | no ECA stack this week..
This one week lay-off ensures that your body does not build a dependency for the stack.
First few times you might want to start at a lower dosage to see your tollerence to this stack...
posting that here so i don't remember. i took a 200mg caffeine pill about 5 hours ago then just took another 200mg caffeine pill and 25mg ephedrine. i feel sketched out, bad. god what a ****ing mistake. i don't know what i was thinking, haha.

just did 30 minutes of 3.7mph at high incline then boxed for a little while, with a few jumping jacks and some lightweight lifts. haven't really felt any type of stim buzz from the EC today so i'm glad. last night my stomach hurt so bad, which i think was a bad case of gas from the guainifesin (or however it's spelled) that's in the bronkaid. i have some slight gastrointestinal discomfort today, but it's nothing compared to what it was last night.
my leg still hurts, which is why i stopped the cardio at 30 minutes. i ****in hate injuries.
tonight when i get off work i'm going to lift.

just did chest/tri's/abs. i tried to destroy my abs and i think i succeeded. i also bumped my EC dosage up today. i've been taking 1 dose in the morning since last thursday. today i took 1 dose at about 10am, then took another at 6pm with my pre-workout meal.

i almost kind of want to do some squats today. i was thinking about doing some last night but i had already hit the 80 minute mark and figured it was time to stop. maybe i will.

for a few months now, me and my best friend (who lives in georgia) have been talking about going on a cruise in the carribean. well we just got serious about it, except instead we're just gonna fly down to cancun and party for 6 days. it will be much cheaper, much less restricted, and probably way more fun. :D
so now i have a whole new level of motivation! we plan on either going at the end of june or the end of july, leaning more towards july though due to passport/money concerns. i'm going to be at PEAK condition when i step off the plane in cancun. getting laid as much as possible is top priority and to do that my no-game ass will need the extra help of a chiseled physique.
i am so unbelievably pumped for this!! i've been reading about cancun, looking at google earth, and all other types of travel-related **** all night.
i will be drinking NONE, up until the last couple weekends before the trip just to make sure my tolerance is up to snuff. can't go down there and not be able to hold my own while drinking all day every day.
i will also be doing NO CHEATING.
the new game plan is to finish cutting with the EC stack until April 8th. i will then clean bulk with either TKD or a similar low carb diet. no matter what, i'm gonna cut again some time before i leave with CKD and the EC stack just to make sure i'm ripped before i thrash my body with alcohol and quesadillas.

the drinking water. most things i've read said to just buy bottled water, but i've also heard that the water at most hotels is purified so who knows. there's supposed to be some sort of bacteria in there that causes people who aren't used to it to get diahhrea, puke, and all that good stuff.

Oh yeah, thats why I always drink Tap water at home, as well when I travel abroad, if the water LOOKS like water I will drink it. Unless the locals advise against it. I like to think it has increased my immune system :p But the buck stopped in Turkey, when I was about to take a sip from the faucet, and brown/yellow water started coming out... YIKES! lol
I'd just chug the bottled water ;) Or just live off of margaritas and tequila...

it's been a little over a week since i had a day where i didn't exercise at all, so i think i will have a rest day today. gonna go to the post office to see about getting a passport then go to a travel agent and ask them some questions. pretty sure i won't be doing any business with them unless they can somehow get me a better deal than what my dad can get me with expedia.

after i do that i'm driving my mom an hour and a half away to visit some family. gonna visit with them for a little while then drive back, then do back/bi's/shoulder's. i will probably do some cardio too.

had a good back/bi's/shoulders workout. i hit 120x4 on bent-over barbell row, very nice.
i didn't want to say anything about it earlier in hopes of it working itself out. but i slept crooked last night and the left side of my middle back was kinda strained. it went away while i was working out but now it's back. i'm sure it's nothing serious and will go away, but worth noting. it's gotten to the point where if i don't sleep on my back with my hands at my side, i wake up with a pull somewhere in my back. ****ty.
well i think i'm gonna go catch some sun in the backyard. :)

got a little creative with the cardio. i went and dropped my car off to get the oil changed and get it washed, then walked home. took about 45 minutes, not sure what the mileage for it was. i'm guess 2-3 miles.
i was walking across an overpass on the interstate and some people in a blue ford rode by and went "HEY!!" i guess in an attempt to scare me into falling over the side of the bridge and onto the interstate. oh it made me so ****in mad. i flipped them off until they were out of sight hoping they would come back and try to start some ****. pussies. if i could go back and do it again i would have picked up a rock and broke their ****in window.

carbed up last night. it wasn't too bad. egg yolk noodles, oatmeal, and some cheerios. i didn't even feel like i needed to carb up so i made it kind of small.
did chest/tri's/abs today and my right pec feels pulled. as well as my hamstring and my ankle hurts. lol. hopefully it will feel better tomorrow so i can do some cardio.

i've been taking a week off from working out. still keeping up with the diet though.
on monday the break is over and i am beginning a new routine.

this week off has shown me how much i really love lifting weights. i feel like i have so much pent-up energy, like i could explode and start bouncing off the walls any second now. i'm really addicted (and this time it isn't a drug)...i love it. **** i can't wait until monday night. i am going to absolutely destroy some weights. i need a good release.
if i ever get to a point in life where i can't lift someone please shoot me.

well i took your advice and decided to do a carb-up today. i've got about 1,000 cals to go and am pretty bloated. plus i started loading creatine mono today too, so i'm sure that's not helping things. i need to start formulating what kind of program i'm going to be doing. to be honest, i really don't want to change it up. i like it. but if i want the best progress possible, i probably should.. after a bit of bb.com searching i think i found one i like.
monday - chest
tuesday - back/legs
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - biceps
friday - triceps
saturday - full-body depletion
sunday - rest
any thoughts? i'm not going to list the specific exercises that i will do because i always do different ones. just do what feels right at the time. back day seems the best one to do legs.

When you're bulking, hitting back and legs hard and heavy are probably your two most important body parts(deads and squats) to hit in order to stimulate growth. I don't see how doing them on the same day is a good idea. Maybe do them thursday or friday instead of with back?
