I know I wouldn't be tough enough to make it, unless it was for a bodybuilding contract. :D

What channel? What time? What do they have to do? Is it strength/endurance? Or is it actual combat?

MTV
tonight was a replay of the selection process and ran from 5:30-7 EST
I think the normal time will be 6-7pm EST where they show the previous week followed by the current week, just before WWE Sunday Night Heat

My boyfriend and I watch it together every week before RAW!! I can't believe two of the girls have walked out after just 1-2 days of training after they went through all that weeding-out and qualified!!! Guess it's not for everyone though. I've thought about how fun it would be to take training to do that. And hard work too!

That would be me..lol
Me and my guy wrestle on the indy circiut. It's fun to watch for us because we already know how taxing physically and mentally.
They go into it thinking it's "fake" and come out of it with a higher respect for the ones who can stick with it.

been there, done that.

i've graduated from the AWF school of pro wrestling and am now fully quallified. i would never expect a site like this in bodybuilding chat but hey. and yes it's very real. i had to learn how to fall from a 10 foot cage onto canvas. i had to learn how to take a hit from a steel chair(and in case you didn't know, they ARE PURE STEEL)
i had to go through the torment of breakfalls and bumps, and i came out victorious over my own physical capabillities.
and do you know what i absolutely hate the most?
when people who don't know i'm a wrestler try to convince me it's all a fake act. it is such an insult to those who've been there.
also people say that professional wrestling isn't as physically challenging as sport wrestling. they roll around on the floor mostly. a suplex or two. i'd like to see them shoulder press a 300 pound man and throw him out of the ring!!!

What is up with that Asian guy? He has some major issues. I guess they are just keeping him around for the entertainment factor.

Yeah, less focus has been on the westling and more on the house living. The Real Tuff Enuff. :D

I just think that Asian dude doesn't know how to interact with people. He's a bit dramatic too.

first of all i'm not a little kid.
it was kinda coincedence, really. we had a guest speaker at tafe(greg bownds) who was a pro wrestler. i asked him what it took to be a wrestler because i was interested, and he said i was impressive for my age and that i could cut it. i think he saw my passion.
i had an early start, thus, will have more experience in the long run. all i know is that i've got the enthusiasm they need.

FYI, Scott is Asian. From what I can tell so far he's probably has very overprotective and controlling parents. In the second or third episode he was yelling at his parents because they were bugging him about school.

I've been addicted to tough enough since the first season. what amazes me is that some of these kids have no idea what they're in for when they audition and get on the show.

I'm not a big fan of pro wrestling but I give them a lot of credit, they're athlete's.
