View Full Version : Lots of body mass, need to lose fat

Hi-I've just started training for my first bodybuilding competition which will be in June. I'm 5'5" tall, weigh 160 and am at a 20% body fat. I know my biggest obstacle will be leaning down to an acceptable body fat percentage. Does anyone have suggestions for nutrition/supplements for leaning down?

Clean diet, moderate cardio, meal replacements, thermos, glutamine, multi-vitamins, EFA's.....

I'm in need of losing some weight myself.... without losing muscle.... what do you mean by meal replacements?
