Ok, I want to get into Powerlifting. Im 17 and what not, weigh 250, my max bench is 225, my squats are over 300, etc.. Can anybody help me with a beginner routine or some helpful advice. Because I want to be a strong ass mo-fo! Thanx

check out www.elitefts.com www.deepsquatter.com and www.drsquat.com They all have routines listed throughout the pages. Since your new you can either do a westside based routine ( elitefts.com ) or a routine like a 3 x 3, or 5 x 5.
Read up on it, and you'll find plenty
