Ok, heres my secret chicken parm recipe.. shh don't tell anyone!!
6 Chicken boneless breasts (I use 6 at a time gives me a few days of chicken)
Egg or egg-beaters seasoned with salt and pepper
1 3oz package crushed pork rinds (seasoned with spice mrs dash and black/red pepper combo, perfect spicy combination)
1/2 can sliced cherry peppers in oil
4 oz shreaded italian cheese
ok, so first a small layer of sauce on the bottom on the pan
Dip the chicken in egg, then into the crushed pork rinds for a nice bready crumb like covering
Layer the chicken in the glass pan
cover with sauce, sliced peppers, then cheese
cook at 350 for 30 or so minutes, then remove the foil and cook until chicken is done!!
Its a bit spicy, but tastes just like breaded chicken parm!!
