Ok so i could not wait until Monday to start the new diet so im starting it on Sunday :D
Start: 1/20/08
Height: 5'7.0" (1.70 m) Waist: 32" (81.28 cm)
Weight: 161 lb (73.2 kg) Thighs: 23" (58.42 cm)
Bodyfat: 16.0 % Calves: 15" (38.10 cm)
Chest: 38" (96.52 cm) Forearms: 11" (27.94 cm)
Arms: 14" (35.56 cm) Shoulders: 44" (111.76 cm)
Hips: 37" (93.98 cm) Neck: 15" (38.10 cm)
Goal:
End 5/22/08
Bodyfat:9%
First 2 weeks are going to look something like this:
Meal 1 (7:00am)
3 eggs
1 oz shredded cheese
2 Sausage
1 fish oil caps
Snack
Almonds
Meal 2 (11:00am)
3 eggs
4 oz 80/20 ground beef
Meal 3 (3:00pm)
4 oz 80/20 ground beef
2oz Tuna
1 fish oil caps
Workout (4:15pm)
Meal 4 (6:00pm)
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 Multivitamin
Total: 1683
Fat: 119 1067 65%
Carbs: 13 23 1%
Protein: 139 558 34%
After first carbup the rest of the weeks will be around the same but added Whey after workout, No-Explode before workout, and Lipo6x.
Workout:
M,W,F = Lift
T,T = Cardio
30 mins walk every mid-day
10 mins Heavy bag before lift
10 mins Jump-rope after lift
So the Journey Begins......

Its Monday and im feeling skinny! :D
Yesterday went well and cooking todays food wasent so bad this morning. I think it would be easier to cook 2 days worth the night before. I ran out of time and was unable to do my morning 10mins of cardio.
Just finished Lunch, dam it feels good to eat good food again. :D
Wow, after workout yesterday i felt really tired. Went so sleep very early.
Really wish i was not on my 2 weeks off of Lipo6x :(
No Ketosis yet but my energy is up this morning. :D
Today going about the same as yesterday. Really wish i could eat some carbs this weekend :D
Might go to Whataburger and get a double meat bacon cheese burger as a treat to myself, with no bun ofcarse :D

Yesterdays workout went pretty good. Weigh in this morning and i have lost another 2lbs and another .5 in on my waist. Just wish i could lose some fat on my upper abs and my arms!
Tomaro is carbup Friday! cant wait!! :D
Still trying to figure out how to eat my potatoes tho. Been going thru logs and asking people but nothing really stands out to me. i want FREACH FRIES!!!

Weighed in again this morning b/c Friday morning is really my "Weigh-in /Pic day"
and im down another 2lbs and another .5in on my waist.
So thats a loss of 7lbs and 1.5 in in 11 days
Today is my first carbup day so im looking forward to seeing how much i gain back.
First Carbup went well i guess. Got to eat some good food again :D
Im up 2lbs and .5 on my waist from Friday. Hopefully i will lose that soon and be back into Ketosis today.
I have to wonder tho......If i never did a carbup would i have lost more and more fat?
if you think about it.....i lost out on 3 days that i could have been losing fat.
Oh well, i guess we will see how this week goes. I have my monthy pics on Friday and im going to be pissed if i dont look good lol.
Might even start doing carbup every other week.

Weekend went by good. Went out drinking Sat night but only had a few shots and drank water. No weight loss on the scale this morning.
Going to do a lot of research on TKD today. I think i will cut for another month and then start TKD. From some of the things i have read so far. Its a slow bulk and you keep the fat low which is what i need to do since my timing on all of this is bad and summer is almost here. Lots i dont understand about the bulk right now but hopfully i will learn more about it today.

No wieght loss this week but sticks say im def in ketosis so i hope to see some weight come off soon :(
I was excited to see that i am down to 151 on the scale this morning but no loss on the waist. I think some of the fat is coming off my arms, THANK GOD! they are starting to look more difined.
Its been 2 weeks since i did a carbup. Im still trying to decide if i want to do one this weekend or not.
I did a major Carbup over the weekend! Feeling like total crap now!
I did it b/c im going to do a 30day before and after test for Keto+Lipo6x+Napalm. I wanted to get the carbup now b/c i dont plan on doing one for the whole 30 days.
Really sux doing those!!! I mean i enjoy every bite that i eat but i always feel soft and fat the next day. I did go a little crazy and had some V-day chocolate on Sat and 1 meal of fast food Sunday. Oh well! need to work hard and et back into Ketosis before Friday.
Might miss my workout today, getting root canal done today :(
Never know tho i might pop some pills and be ok to workout. :)

Looking forward to starting that Tomaro. I always like trying something new and i really hope i have good results from it not only for myself but to show others that it works.

It's probably a good thing your scale hasn't moved much recently. You're doin great, but you seem to be sacrificing a fair amount of lean mass. IMHO I'd up your cals a little and aim for 5 lbs lost per months instead of the 10 you lost between 1/21 and 2/21.

You are 100% right and thats the reason i was going to start my bulk in 2 weeks. I was just really hung up on getting to 10% bodyfat for summer. Didnt think i would lose so much Lean Mass. I will be starting it sooner now due to some problems that are killing my diet and workout this week.
Thank you everyone for the support and advice given to me in this thread and any other Keto thread.
I will be heading over to the Supp logs for my bulk with SizeOn. :D

You know it does feel really good to be back on Keto. I feel so much better when im on it. I feel like my body is a lot more harder and solid. I hope to stay on it all summer and maybe get to single digits BF then bulk during the winter. All depends on if after i cut a few more lbs, am i going to look like crap and need to put on weight or not, lol.
As far as Napalm, i cant say how it works. When i bought it the first time i thought of it as a joke and did a log to show if it works or not. All the facts..My weight/fat loss on Keto slowed down for a month. I was stuck around 150 and 30in waist. i started adding Napalm and with only 2 weeks i droped another inch on my waist. Was it the Napalm? i dont know but i thought it would be worth another shot :D

4 pounds of water weight after eating ALOT of bad food is not that bad, it will be gone in a few days. Dude when I eat carbs I put on something like 3-4 kilos. Be good for the next 10 days and make your b-day a carbup :D
