Im sure you guys have market researchers, but I dunno if you've done a survery measuring how well known bb.com is in UK gyms? Well to save you time :), Ill tell you. non existant! Especially among teenagers who are the most likely to splash out on supplements in the hope they'll grow.
In terms of advertising, I have a couple of ideas. Mainstream TV would be a bad one, as a whole, the nation is against huge bodies. Even my mates who go to the gym go 'urgh'. So I doubt endorsement from a pro (Who noone would know anyway) would work.
I'd suggest a quick advert, just to raise awareness on the channel "Men and motors". If you started mentioning specific prices, everyone would just think it was really exspensive, because they have little to compare it too.
I just realised why I bought ON Whey from a UK online store. Your postage is a joke, sort it out :). Theres a whole market waiting over here. Yeah, I just checked out. 50 dollars for on whey, and 40 TO SHIP IT? Those costs can in no way be actual. How can you give an extortionate, but flat rate to all international customers? Its going to cost less to get it to the UK than to Italy.
