View Full Version : My Bum Isnt Even!

Ok.. i've posted on this topic before, but nothing i've been doing has really helped my problem. My right cheek gets a good burn, and it really gets isolated. My left one on the other hand doesnt get as good of a squeeze. I feel it more in my quad or in my hamstring whenever i do ANYTHIG! May it be squats, reverse side lunges, even the BUTTBLASTER, or the cable machine. When i spend some good time stretching out my glutes and hips between sets, i notice it's not as bad.. but my right glute is more developed than my left one. HELP! What do i do? lol.

It gets me SOO frusterated in the gym.

how about one legged squats (where the back leg is on the bench)? You could always do more reps on that side ... hmm.

I was joking of course:)the one legged squat wil be good if you emphasise totally on the glutes, you don't want to have uneven quads

Try one-legged jumproping and plyometrics
