Ok.. i've posted on this topic before, but nothing i've been doing has really helped my problem. My right cheek gets a good burn, and it really gets isolated. My left one on the other hand doesnt get as good of a squeeze. I feel it more in my quad or in my hamstring whenever i do ANYTHIG! May it be squats, reverse side lunges, even the BUTTBLASTER, or the cable machine. When i spend some good time stretching out my glutes and hips between sets, i notice it's not as bad.. but my right glute is more developed than my left one. HELP! What do i do? lol.
