I want a device that saves all my workout data and I can add/update on the fly as I workout. One friend recommended an Itouch, another recommended a small laptop.

What do you guys use?

I've tried using a Palm Pilot and the notepad on my mobile phone, but nothing beats a notepad and pen.

I print out my workout schedule each week, and hang it on the wall of my gym.
That way I can look and see in which order to do things, how many reps and sets, etc.

It doesn't get any easier than this:

I have used PDAbs for about 18 months. It works okay but the support is horrible. My biggest complaint is that the charts have never worked correctly and it makes it hard to track your progress easily.

Open Fitness is not as sleek but it works well:

I use my iphone in combination with http://www.gyminee.com

They have a special ihpone version of their page so its really easy to enter data. It works very well.

Yeah I'm interested in a palm program too, if anyone knows anything. My palm pilot has been sitting unused for two years now. :D

Documents To Go came free with my Palm. I just use the spreadsheet program and sync it to my computer.
