Currently im 200 5"10 about 18% BF Ive been bulking the last couple of months decided i want to start cutting.



Cardio In the morning (not to intense just to start me up)

Meals
Breakfast: 1 1/2 cups Oatmeal

Lunch: Salad (With grilled chicken)

Pre-Workout: Chicken Wrap

Post-Workout: Protein Shake, Protein Bar

Dinner: Turkey Wrap, Fruit Salad

Snack: Almonds, or vegetables, or fruits.

Before Sleep: Cottage Cheese

Workouts:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps Cardio
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Back/Biceps
Friday - Shoulders/Calves
Sat/Sun - Cardio

For My cardio im going to be doing HIIT 3-4 times a week for 35 mins.


Dont have time to log all my workouts i have up just a basic overveiw, but i will keep my results updated.

Goal 170 by April with 10 or 9% BF

hey pac! welcome and good luck with your cut. if i may make one suggestion-- it might be a good idea to take one full rest day a week. with the reduced cals and extra cardio for the cut, your body may very well need the rest. just a suggestion!

i just kinda wrote cardio usually on saturdays i play football on a 100 yard feild and sunday i usually play basketball if not i will be in the gym.
