Bland food question

I was told by my doctor to eat a bland diet for the time being, my question is, are Hot dogs considered bland? I just ran out of turkey, and diet chicken dinners. Just wondered if they would be ok to eat a hot dog. Thanks for all your help.


Also what about a cup of coffee?
