What is the best method?
Im thinking of doing a ~ 30-40g carb low days(2), 160g carb med days (4), 1 300g high day. Med Med Low Med Low High Med. I have to do that for my schedule.. what has given u guys the best results?
BTW im currently 192.6 @ ~ 13-14% (maybe 12%?) ~ 5'11..
