What is the best method?

Im thinking of doing a ~ 30-40g carb low days(2), 160g carb med days (4), 1 300g high day. Med Med Low Med Low High Med. I have to do that for my schedule.. what has given u guys the best results?

BTW im currently 192.6 @ ~ 13-14% (maybe 12%?) ~ 5'11..

One, what are you trying to do? and Two, that looks like you'd be switching gears way to fast to build momentum in any direction. Gaining mass or losing fat is done with longer periods of consistent dieting above or below a maintenance calorie intake.

lose fat. im trying to get to 8% bodyfat taking E/C/A and doing morning cardio along with HIIT on tue and thurs

This is Nov 25.. i bulked up a bit more and i am now leaner
