Ok i just had a question that can hopefully be answered pretty easily. Im 18 now and im just getting back into things after a long soccer season (Went to state finals). 13 months ago i weighted 144 pounds at 6' 1'' (A twig). I worked my way up to weighing 167 pounds before my senior soccer season. I lost some weight during that time and its taken me a while, but im back up to 170. Right now im entering week 8 of my workouts. Now to my question, eventhough im in my 8th week and ive been in the weight room 5-6 days a week for about 2 hrs a day, im still getting sore. Im seeing results and getting stronger, but arent you suppose to stop getting sore? Im following my uncles workout program n he seems to know what hes doing. I havent gotten to talking to him about this question tho. Any opinions or answers would be awesome. Thanks in advance for the time. O, and im taking Ctyograiner as a protein shake now to feed my muscles. And im looking to weigh in at 180 by mid march.
