Does anyone know of an awsome bodybuilding coach. I want to compete in a natural bodybuilding show, yet I don't have a mentor or coach. What should I do?

What kind of coaching or mentoring are you looking for? Contest prep, program design, posing, etc?

My life has recently changed and I won't be competing. Thank you anyway.

Not sure if it changed for better of worse, but I hope things are well.
Too bad about not doing it- seems as though it was a good goal

I'm doing much better than I was. I'm just focusing on putting the pieces back together, healing, and learning to move on without forgetting them.

Moving on doesn't mean forgetting. They will always be in your heart and next to you, every moment of your life, and you won't forget them.

They will be watching from above...

Best of luck to you....

I haven't been on here in a while. I am 5 weeks out from the Caveman Classic in MO. I am doing the Figure tall class.

The best of the best www.scottabel.com

Just recently, the past bunch of competitions held here in Canada... Most of them were taken top spot by Scott Abels clients. I knew a few of them, and it is absolutely amazing how amazing they looked.

I haven't been on here in a while. I won the Figure tall class at the Caveman Classic. It's a national qualifier. So now with the help of my friend Dena Westerfeild I am going to head for Jr USA's. I want to do a smaller show first for the practice. I also am thinking about the Arnold. Dena is doing the pro show, and they are doing the first year of the amateur Arnold. I'm thinking about doing that. hmmmm
