I work out at home. I have a complete gym upstairs. So those early mornings i wake up before my alarm i roll out of bed and wander over to workout.

Yo Man. I lift at the Arrowhead Gym. I did check out the Y before, OK equipments, they kept on playing Celeine Dion though, and I started debating if I should take a nap instead of lifting. Arrowhead is not a whole lot better by the way.
