View Full Version : my upcoming clean bulk stack

nextweek im starting my clean bulk. It will last 8 weeks, and i hope to gain 10 solid pounds. My diet is in check.... consuming 3500 cals/day... main food sources are chicken breast, lean meat, oatmeal, oats, protein shakes, fruit, steamed veggies, whole wheat bread, cottage cheese, etc.

My question is about my supplement regimine. heres what i have planned:
- Gaspari's sizeOn - 1 serving during or post WO, non WO days 1 serving before bed
-CL Whiteblood or superpump250( have used with solid results )- im leaning towards WB because it is cheaper...... will take 1 serving 30-45mins pre workout
-scivation Xtend- 1 serving during school and 1 serving pre WO
-Primaforce substance WPI- post WO and possibly as an extra meal during the day
-Myoplex Deluxe- will bring a shake to have as a meal during class

any feedback on this stack would be helpful. THANKS!

I would go with something like this:

Fishoil
Bulge / Thunder / Clout
MRM BCAA
White Blood / 1-NO / AAKG 3500
Optimum Whey / Black Star Labs Whey

Also worth a try:

Glycerine / Glycerol Mono
Diesel Test / Raw Test / Blue Up (SF)
Bodyoctane
Bulk ATD powder (CRAZY CHEAP)
Bulk Leucine
