Hey Everybody,

Quick question:

I pulled a muscle in my groin/inner thigh the other day, but am still able to run with only moderate pain. Should I stay on my cardio program, or should I take a few days off (even though the pain is tolerable)?

My only concern is that running or cycling will aggravate the strain, even though it doesn't hurt excessively.

Take a few days off. It'll heal quicker.

cycling will not aggravate it that much. It may even heal it quicker. But only do it lightly.

There is a good rub called- 'Bells Muscle rub' this is a quality product. Iv been using it for years. But DO NOT GET HOT RUB. The one i use is very very weak but stimulates recovery.

would it be possible to have a pulled muscle under you stomach about the penis from doing decline sit ups with too much weight?

i dont know what it called muscle pull or something else but it happens to me some of the time... but recover quickly then muscle in any other part

yeah my instructor say it happens coz of drinking too mcuh water beforre situps....
i dont know thsi is true or not.
