I am looking for some new Ab exercises to do because the stuff I'm doing now is getting old. I am trying to get the 6 pack look. This is what I currently do:

4x25 crunches w/ a 3 sec hold
2x25 sit-ups
2x25 bicycles
2x25 leg lifts

Using the ball I do...
2x25 side crunches
3x15 pikes (rest lower legs on ball and in push-up position pull legs foward to make a pike)

What esle can I do to work on the lower section of my abs?

hanging leg raises, keep in mind of course the only way to get abs is to do cardio, I'm sure you are aware of that fact, but it can't be said enough :)

U can try doing as many crunches and knee ups as you can in 1 min. each. Also try crunching with a 10 sec. hold each rep instead of 3 sec. Also try doing crunches opposite elbow to opposite knee.
With the ball you can try leg raises holding the ball between your calves legs straight. (hope that makes sense.)
