I was just wondering what some of you guys think about this program that a good friend of mine hook me up with.

Day 1 - Biceps:Bar Curls
Hammer Curls
Lying Cable Curls
Drag Curls
Day 2 - Legs: Leg Ext.
Squats
Leg Press
Hack Squats
Day 3 - Triceps: Bench Dips
Lying Tricep Ext.
One Arm Tricep Ext.
Over Head Tricep Ext.
Tricep Press Down
Day 4 - Shoulders: Bent Over Side Lateral
Front Cable Rasie
Standing Deltiod Raise
Upright Rows
Shoulder Shrugs (Barbell)
Day 5 - Back: Close Grip Front Lat Pulldowns
Straight Arm Pulldowns
SuperMan
Behind Neck Lat Pulldown
Bent Rows
Stiff Legged Dead Lift
Day 6 - Abs and Chest: Decline and Flat Bench Press
Files
Butterflys
Cable Cross
Crunches

I was wondering what some of you guys thought about this. Am I doing anything wrong and what esle should I be doing. I find it it working good right now. Starting working out 3 months ago and I am up to Benching Dumbbells 50lbs from 30lbs. lol

I like to do stiff legged deads on legs day since you should primarily be hitting hamstrings with them. Regular deads work well on back day imo. For tri I don't know why you have One Arm Tricep Ext. and Over Head Tricep Ext. Pretty similar. You should add a pressing motion to your shoulder day. I think upright rows suck but some people like them. I do shrugs with back and find it works really well but you can leave them with shoulders if you want.

Good work for 3 months keep it up.

I think I might try some of those things that you were saying to do with Stiffed Dead Lifts on leg days. I was just wondering what are some other things that I could do for my Tri's. On the shoulder day I don't do shoulder press because I have a home gym and there is nothing I can do them with. But I am going to get a new memeber ship at a gym where I go to school. Thanks for the adivce.
