Weighing in at 170pounds~

1st day of keto...
Felt slightly dizzy
Was excited on eating fat lols

2nd Day Of Keto
Still felt dizzy
Major headaches kicked in (took 2 panadols) n they went away
Lost ALLLL VASCULARITY!!!
Sweated without doing anything
Pee'd SO MUCH!

3rd day Of keto
Felt slightly energized...
so i hit the gym.....Almost fainted....and found it painful breathing strongly

4th of Keto
Headaches and small migraines had gone...
Energy started to crawl back a slight bit
stopped peeing as much as i should've....aka ALOT

5th of keto
Started getting good energy...
Hit the gym once again....breathing wasn't a problem but still felt like i was going to faint

6th day of keto
Had a GOOD SOURCE OF ENERGY but didnt go gym...just so i could give the body a rest
Stoped sweating for no reason..(didnt sweat when i was just sittin down like i did on a few other days)

7th day of keto
It was 34Degrees here in melbourne.....my forearm vascularity came bak with vengeance.....no idea why but they did
Had a good flow of energy

8th Day of Keto
Weighed myself in with some good energy of course.....and i had gained 2 kilos? could be water iassume or even muscle? i feel leaner....and no doubt look leaner

9th Day of keto which is today....will keep posting

Absolutely GREAT ENERGY!
did my chest n back today FIRST TIME IN like 1.5 WEEKS DUE to lack of energy

LOVED IT!

Got the BEST PUMPS

and THE WEIRD THING MY STRENGTH HAS ALREADY INCREASED ....i benched an extra 1.5kilos per side.....not much but STILL SOMETHIN


finished it off with 5 minutes bike ride and 5 minute up hill walkin to cool it off

at the moment i've gained 2 kilos.....havne't weighed since day 7-8

my abs are startni to show and my bicep peak is becomin pretty good to


the 2 kilos gained was prob water in the end

You say that your abs are starting to show but you've gained 2% bf? How exactly are you measuring your body fat?

sunday here

day off and then startin tomorrow i got my new program which is MAX 25 seconds rest between sets and blastin out some push ups and bench dips inbetween things such as bnech press n so on

can't wait to start it g uys

did chest and abs today

and i had a gooood flow of energy
breathin was no problem at all
and i finished it up with 20 minute jog at 11 speed


I hope the fat starts droppin soon

Don't let the scale be your master. Measure yourself. Keto is great for gaining muscle at the same time as shedding fat.

Best of luck though! It is always nice to see the scale go down.

you should post your diet and percent of protein fats and carbs... and how many calories.

You shouldn't be gaining body fat while on ketosis... you are probably having too many carbs.

never exceeded 2100calories usually i keep it to 1900-2000

fat % is always 69%-65% whilst protein is 28-30%
carbs never goes higher then 3-4%


Cardio again today :) can't wait, a question guys.....if i stop keto....will i put the weight on just as quick as i lost it? *i dont plan to stop keto for another few months*

carbing up this Saturday CANT WAIT to eat a fat free cookie atlast and have a can of diet soda....WOOOOOO

carbing up today

didnt have ANY energy at all during cardio today and i can feel my muscles all aking n so on..


so from 3:30pm on thursday today to 3:30am on saturday i will be carbing up like a machine!

17th day


last nite i kinda got a headache

i tried cardioin today did 40 minuets of joggin...went to work the abs n i almost fainted....so i think my muscles are pretty much full depleted....my back kills n so on


so yeah carbin up :)


im thinkin of slippin in some cake n low fat ice cream or even a cookie to kill off the other cravings ::)))

woooo another 6 weeks and then i stop keto n move on to bulking :)P


aim is to get body fat to 10-12% then bulk cause im a small bloke who wants to be hugeeeeee before he cuts again

1st day of carbs.....
looking at milk n just slappin myself sayin why didnt i drink that?

abs are looking the same....arms feel a slight bit flabbier..:S

haven't weighed myself will weigh myself this friday coming :)

what a waste of a day at the gym.....

no energy :S felt so weird and couldnt seem to focus at all :(:(

saved a mates ass from a fight....

and i just laid down thinking of myself for a change
been 3-4 days since i've carbed up? no signs of keto coming yet? other then headaches that come n go....

so i'm guessin i wont be in keto for another 3-4 days like my first time

which isn't to bad i guess......aslong as results come i'm happy :)

How was your carb up day? What kinds of foods did you eat?

My first carb up day EVER is coming this Saturday... I think it'll be fun.

lived off oats in skim milk wheat bix and wholemeal bread with some jam loved it

so i did a depletion work out today

i'm nackered...

did 3 sets of
db press
db incline press
squats
leg press
lat pulldown
Deadlift
curls
tricep push down


so hopefully this will kick start me into keto :) by tomorrow or saturday :)

had a 24 hour carb up......

and still went toilet the same amount

i'm off carbs now and still going toilet alot...... :(


been to the doctors n he said it's ideal for me to switch my diet to high protein high carbs and atleast 50grams of good fat a day?

any advice or input any1 ? thanks

40/40/20 has always worked well for me....

Wondering why your off keto? Not working for you?
Im thinking about going keto this week, have been contemplating it for years.. lol

sorry to hear that.

It is fairly common for people to have digestive problems on keto, although I've seen more incidences of the opposite type (constipation)

i got my bf down to enough so i can see my bicep vein a stomache vein n see all 6 abs but only when i really try to see theM?

im happy

I'll do a 5 by 5 for 12 weeks then do a mass program until .....im happy with my legs...then i'll rip up which i know will be another year until i do


by the time im happy with my legs my upper body will be pretty big lol
