today was a horrible day i started with 135x10 warm-up then i

185x3, 225x3, 255x3, 285x1, 295xmiss :( this was on the 5 board, 3 fingers on the smooth bench, i don't know what happened to me i should have gotten 315 easy any other day, it was either the super close grip or i haven't recovered enough yet...after that i thought i hadn't recovered enough so i'll give it 2 more days rest with plenty of food and rest......

16 more workouts until December 14th i' excited and pumped about them i'm determined to hit close to 300 at the meet


the super band tension multiple half bench presses are giong to be tough on the cns so i'll have to throw them in the front (October) take nov. off and throw them in before meet time.....

i've changed my program around a little, its following almost direct westside once agian the non-eccentric, distance progression just isn't for me and my body let me know it!

yesterday i did

two board press 285x1 (new pr) i hope to beat this by 10 lbs. next week
dumbell presses 140 total lbs. to burnx5 (when i felt a medium amount of burn i would stop
plate raises pyramid 25 lbs, 35 lbs, 50 lbs. --> 15 reps, 10 reps, 5 reps
bent over rows 155x12


next workout i plan to do puases for reps with about 70% of max, I plan on giong as fast as i can

nice job on the 2 boards.. looks like your bench is gonna be 3 plates soon......

Yeah, 300 lbs is a bunch of crap. Cause there's so much change on the bar. You better get 315 :)

what about 310 :D

its tough to maintain a journal i must start thinking about it more

giong to start deadlifts the weekend of the second week of november hopefully i should be fine then
