I think I read somewhere that it is not good to take Muscle Milk after you workout. Is this true? If it is what is a good post workout protein drink, something like ON 100% Whey

it has lots of fats which slow down protien absorbtion i guess. at least thats what i'm told.

Whey, with little fat, is optimal post workout, and first thing in the morning. That said, 1 scoop of whey, compared to chicken, beef, casein, or milk, is not going to have any noticeable difference. I recommend mixing your whey with milk pre workout, post workout, morning, and night.

take whey before, during, and after w/ bcaas then do VERY low intensity cardio for 20-30 mins, then have a meal. nothing better than that.
