I just reciently learned about keto dieting from a friend. He said it would help lose fat while keeping my muscle. I need help getting a eating regiment. I have found the right foods and nutrients ,but organizing them effectively to increase metabolism and boost energy. I weigh 180 and am 5 11. lease help or at least point me in the right direction.
