For the past couple of months I have been always looking for the best supplement and the most effective supplement that will increase my gains. Well, now I realized that there is something far more important than supplements!
Something that could really make those biceps huge in no time!
This magical thing is called "intensity." I have learned from my past experience that this is what matters the most, it's not the protien shake that will make you bigger, but its actually how hard do you workout in the gym.
Although I workout hard in the gym, but hard is not enough!
I have seen many newbies in the gym who are working their ass off, and the result is that they are catching up to me!
So next time I'm in the gym, I will try to workout like an animal and go over the limit, to get closer to my desired goal in no time.
When you're feeling tired in the gym and you can't do an extra rep, then you have to keep in mind that you can actually do three more reps and not only one! just make sure someone is spotting you. "It's the extra rep that counts" This qoute was said by many magazine and pro bodybuilders, and now I know that it's true!
I hope you got the point , and make sure you don't fall for that mistake yourself.
