I'm an ecto and I have been gaining alot on this diet (weight wise) until recently and I realize this is probaly normal however could you please look over it. Here is an example of a normal day -

Breakfast 6:30 - 4 halves of toast w/ jelly, 4 eggs w/ cheese, and a bowl of wheaties.

Between classes 9:30 - Peanut butter and bannana sandwhich on wheat.

Lunch 12:05 - Subway turkeybreast w/ mayo, or steak and cheese w/ mayo.

Post workout 5:00 - NLarge shake, 2 scoops, 2 cups of milk and a bannana.

Dinner 7:00 - Meal varies; steak, pizza, w/ milk..

Before Bed 9:30 - NLarge shake, 2 scoops, 2 cups of milk and a bannana.


I've been doing this for 6 weeks and I've gained around 14 pounds I believe, but only around one or two pounds in the last week and a half. I have one cheat day a week and occasignly miss a meal here or there, but rarely.

What is your goal? I mean, are you trying to gain or lose?

I'm no expert, but it seems like all that saturated fat isn't going to help your heart at all.
