I slept in, I usually meet the guys down at the gym at 8am. But I woke up, looked at the clock and it was 9:05am, so I made record time to the gym and started about 9:30am. Workout went like this -

135x6
185x6
225x6
275x3
315x3
365x1

Shirted up

425 - Hit way to high, spotter pulled it off.
455 - Was a little better, still to high but pressed it out
475 - Finally hit lower, and smoked it.
500 - Hit even lower then the 475 and hammered it.

First 500lb benchpress!! I'm so psyched. The 500lbs was not a struggle, I'm still on the rise. Watch out :)

I weighed in at 316.5lbs today with clothes on.

i wish i could bench like you, my benchpress is what keeps me insecure and discourages me from wanting to work out :(

keep working at it, and you'll build it up, just remember to eat accordingly and supplement (naturally) to your goals. remember this- anyone in the gym, newer or advanced has been where you are, and no one's there to compare themselves with someone less advanced, they're all there for the same reason you are, accomplishing their goals, good luck!
