how much dextrose and malodextrin do i need postworkout. right now i am taking in around 10-15g of dextrose and 30-40 g of malodextrin from food and liquid post workout. is that good to do post workout.

You're in the female section so changes are, we need a lot less :)

I do 15g dextrose PWO in addition to 200ml skim milk and 30g WPI.
