Hi, I was told to ask a question here.. :D

I do overhead squats and use a snatch grip... my wrists are pretty flexible and bend really far. Because of this it hurts like hell and after doing 5 OH squats I have to wait for the pain to subside before continuing. Is this normal? Is this just something I must "get used to?" sometimes I feel as if an increase in weight will snap my wrist in half. :( Would wrist wraps help?

You can try to keep your wrists straight when you do them. Also grip exercises should help. You should avoid wraps unless the problem has persisted for a long time, in which case there might be a problem.
