Speed bench- 9 sets of 3 with 70lbs
Fine. But now here comes my worst part of today.
heavy lockouts
165lbs. 4 reps. A 10lb PR. BUT I practically 4 rep maxed it! I ****ing ME'd that weight, AND for 2 sets. Why did I doooo that!!!!
155lbs. 4 reps. AGAIN, I went to failure! :mad:
145lbs. 4 reps. AGAIN!!!!! I went to failure!!. :mad:
That makes 4 sets!!!!!
Pushdowns.
50lbs. 10 reps. Okay I went lighter on these because of before..
Plate raises
45lbs. 8 reps. 1 set
35lbs. 8 reps. 2 sets.
Been here done that...... :o
Barbell curls.
75lbs. 8 reps
Okay, a 5lb PR, which I found weird to get on today out of all DE days.
You see? I'm worried. I just went to failure for a FOUR rep(HEAVY!!) set for four sets! :mad: Should I expect anything bad to come this Saturday(ME Bench) ? :(
