Depends on what I am doing that day?
If just cardio and Abs then average 35-40 minutes.
If weights- 45 minutes to 1 hour
again, depends on the day. on the average though, 1 -1.25 hrs

it all depends on what your workout routine is...how long you rest between sets...etc... whatever works for you..

I just posted on your thread, damn you are spending entirely too much time in the gym. Working out everyday, and up to 3 hours. I'm definitely going to say do a bodypart once a week now, and split it up more so you can get a workout done in less than an hour. You'll also want to do less sets for sure. You can do all the same exercises you are doing(you do a lot, but I do too), but instead of 3-4 sets, how about 1 hard set after warming up for each exercise. Maybe less rest between sets too. If you aren't getting results, it's pretty obvious why. Lower the time and up the intensity, results will follow. If you need help, PM me. I can even get you a pass to my gym and show you how to get everything done in less than an hour.

For me, it's 5 times a week from 1 pm to 3.30, but I chat a lot ! May be 1 h 30 of effective workout anyway, I hope so !

I'm just a beginner but I'm normally in for 35-45 mins on weights and then 20-40 minutes of cardio, depending on how busy of a day I'm having...
