This one will work your entire abs incl obliques as you are trying to stabilze yourself...
try it :
lay back on a swiss ball with your feet planted against a wall in a 90 degree angle. Place your hands next to your temples and slowly crunch up,..hold for a few seconds and slowly return to starting position. Keeping balance might be hard at first, be careful..

I've been doing that one....it does work the abs great.
Once you get the balance down, try using a medicine ball....lifting with your arms either outstretched or holding to your chest.

I rolled off onto my butt....more then a few times! But I think I got this one! I could feel the burn! Also, My lower back was really sore this morning becasue of stabalizing myself on the ball...must have hit those muscles too!

There are so many different types of exercises you can do with the Swiss ball. It's really a cheap great piece of equipment to use at home. I'll have to try that crunch.
