FreakerSea, I done it periodically, not a 100 day trail thoe. I couldnt get past the Mung Beans (you'll know what im talking about, when you begin).

So there I am hammering away attempting to crush em, but to no prevail, didnt have the determination - and here's my sensei crushing gravel.. tis a very sad thing. After a days work rubbing the ointment into my hands, burned like hell, started bleeding out my newly formed callouses, its hard, goodluck.

I was doing Mui Thai (or Muay Thai) my teacher was a from the bloodline of the creators of it, I never asked him how he was associated, wish I did. But yes; I thankfully was one of the persons asked to train with him personally, this was in '01

His condioning system was regemented by (Beginning mung beans) Wood chips (Moderete) Gravel (Advanced) and Steel platter (expert). After each session he'd have a sort of oily excrete and we'd rub it into the skin, they'd always get very ichy and begin bleeding out most of the skin breathers (air holes).

But yes, atm im doing Taekwondo, not for any particular reason, its very inbred, my teacher is a McDojo practitionar, wanna spar him sometime, ill post it when/if I do, i plan on a K.O or broken appendage :P

i have to ask this, but why in gods name did you quit training muay thai (especially if your instructor had the lineage he claimed) and opt for the TKD. im going to assume you moved or something because that doesnt make any logical sense otherwise.
