Ok. I thought about beating my record all day, ....... and I did actually! :D

12 1/2 inch box squat (About 1-2 inches below parallel)

45x10
75x5
105x3
135x1
165x1
185x1 *10lb PR!* My record when I first did these was 165.

Glute / Ham raises

3 sets of 10 reps(Assisted duh! :D) I like these!

Close stance good mornings

110x8 *10lb PR!* My god, I like it when I'm actually doing it, but when I put the weight on the racks and support my upper body on my knees, I don't like that! :D

Barbell Rows

105x8 *Nothing new. Been there, done that. :o lol....

Pulldown abs

60x10 *PR? I did a different stance to remain balance so what to say? I felt it better and harder with this stance though.

Overall, good day! I nailed a few PR's I waited all day to get, and I look forward to 8" rack pull maxes next two weeks.

Good job dude. You keep PRs for all your exercises, huh? (not just maxes) That seems like a lot to keep track of, IMO. :D

Well cool. I have all my ME exercises on an Excel spreadsheet, and I was keeping stuff on an Access database but it was too much work. :D

What's an excel spreadsheet?

That's good that we all have journals(or something similar). It helps a lot! :)

Uh Microsoft Excel. It's a computer program that lets you manipulate data.

Thanks Deciever. I like my new Westside program. I am using good mornings as assistance to build up so one day I can use them as ME.
