I am a very thin build with a very high metabolism. I am trying to put on some weight and muscle mass, but not too much. Does anyone know if the weight gainer shakes work well for women?

i havnt used them...but try eating a high carb diet but eat clean so you dont gain fat at the same time...do you have a workout routine?

I agree, stick to clean food. Weight gainers are high in sugar, not a quality calorie. Eat 6 meals a day, each complete with carbohydrates, protein, and essential fat. Drink lots of water. ;)
Work on heavy basic movments for mass, size, and strenght. Don't forget to rest for recovery.
