What is your favorite / and least-favorite bodypart to train ????

My favorite is shoulders ...I like seeing the cuts when you do laterals and overhead presses.
My least favorite would be legs, because they are relatively weak and I tire pretty quick.

Legs are my favorite bodypart to train because my legs respond the fastest.

I love doing arms....although they are small, they get a wicked pump and literally grow in front of me its cool to experience but ....it doesnt even last an hour after :( .

I hate HATE doing legs because no matter what the weight is they are always brutally painfull the next day. Its now at where I will squat maybe 1/2 of my capacity just to reduce the post workout pains. And they dont heal easily either, the pain lasts about 2-3 days. It really sucks. I try to avoid stairs like the plague.

My favorite to train would be either biceps/back/or shoulders. Right now it'd be biceps and shoulders because I'm seeing pretty fast gains.

Least favorite is probably chest/legs. Legs because I do kickboxing, and they are already tired. And chest because of the boobs :-/

I hate working legs! I work them with low weight & higher reps, because my legs bulk up fairly easily.

Favourite would be back!

I love working shoulders and back. I hate working legs because I am not seeing the results that I want.

Favorite...legs. Love being able to keep moving those weights up and see the progress in strength..

Worse ....abs. Even though they need the most work, I always find myself wanting to put them off till tomorrow.

I'm just like Trish-- I love working legs, mostly because I'm pretty darn strong and I love being able to push more weight than a lot of the guys.. LOL I detest working abs and I have to force myself to do them even once a week. I think I hate doing abs because I can't see cuts there until my bodyfat is -really- low, and so I can't really see any progress there most of the time.

I have a love/hate relationship with my biceps and legs. I love working my bis, delts, abs, and glutes. I hate working my quads.

Like Redhedd, I enjoy being able to push more weight with my legs than many men can. I just get no satisfaction from seeing no cuts in my legs. I am always getting complements from people regarding them, but they don't know how I really would rather have them look.

I hate doing my abs, nothing ever seems to change! I do love working on my legs and biceps, they respond so well for me.

As far as favorites go, it's difficult for me to choose between the pushing and pulling muscle groups and legs. (I'm on a nearly all-compound split based on these groupings.) I'm getting great results and having lots of fun doing so, and I'm out of the gym pretty quickly as well.

My least favorite bodypart to train is abs. I enjoy working through the fatigue on exercises such as squats, assisted dips, and negative chins, but when my abs start getting tired during a set of crunches, it just feels so unpleasant to me. But like I said, I do lots of compound lifts, so they get enough work as stabilizers that I only have to do four sets of weighted ab exercises each week (two after each upper-body workout). That's way more tolerable than a 15-minute superset of crunches. :)

I love working arms and chest. Least favorite is back because it is so weak. I like abs, I actually have definition there for the first time.
